Blackbird House - Alnwick

Cleanliness: Staying at the hotel was like walking into a laundry detergent commercial - everything was crisp, fresh, and immaculate. I half expected the housekeeping staff to burst into song, singing about the miracles of spotless linens and sparkling surfaces. It was a breath of fresh air.quite literally!

Dog hair: While overall cleanliness was spot on, there were a few stray dog hairs that managed to evade detection. But hey, with a cozy fireplace and a charming garden, who can really complain about a little extra fur?

The property's instructions were emailed promptly. The airport is not too far. The house had free WiFi and a garden, which made for a very exciting stay!

Who needs a full length mirror or small coffee tables? Shower complicated? Fun challenge!

The holiday home's location is perfect, within walking distance of Alnwick Castle and just a short drive away from Dunstanburgh Castle. It's also conveniently close to Newcastle International Airport, making it a breeze to get to.

I keep coming back for my romantic escape. The staff helps with taxi info. Wi-Fi, paid parking, pets allowed, no smoking, it suits me perfectly. No regrets.

Parking is convenient, right outside. we had a great stay.

We did find the shower a bit complicated to operate.

What a fabulous stay we had at Blackbird House in Alnwick! The location was perfect, and the decor of the house was fine. The house is excellent value and very spacious. The photos don't do justice to its fabulous decor. Everything you could want or need is provided, and the house is tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable, and there is a nice small patio. The welcome basket with a nice selection of products is a nice touch. Parking is available outside. I enjoyed my stay at Blackbird House.
